At Lockwood International, quality is the backbone of all our operations. We have an experienced and dedicated staff working hard to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control)
Lockwood International’s in-house Quality Team assures that all valves are manufactured, transported, warehoused and shipped to ensure all specifications, requirements, and standards are met or exceeded. Before being delivered, each valve goes through six inspection points. We have experienced inspectors on staff, with at least one on call 24 hours a day to assist our customers. We also PMI every stainless, chrome, and alloy valve before it is shipped to ensure customer and industry requirements are met. It is this dedication to quality at Lockwood International that keeps our customers satisfied and our customer base growing.
