Our Project Specification Review consists of industry & manufacturer specification reviews.

We provide standardization by identifying ‘best practices’ and review of P&IDs, which helps drive the BOM estimate. Then we review application choices and conduct cost evaluations, identifying saving opportunities for you. Next we produce accurate lead times and cost estimations.

During Post FEED we provide our client with key supplier list and up front manufacturing procedures (including weights & dimensional data). By doing so we clearly define the customer’s expectations of supplier, thus creating the frame agreement.

Order Development consists of placing long lead items on order and reserving production space. After that we begin placing orders for the remainder of your product requirements.

Once we reach the Order Execution phase we schedule kick-off meetings and establish communication and coordination for expediting, inspection, documentation and shipping of materials, including field service support and management of your spare parts program.
