Our 24/7/365 MRO Department supplies daily maintenance, repair and operational needs for our customers. From scheduled repair to emergency shutdowns, we are there in partnerships with our customers.

Direct Order Entry

Lockwood International acts as Vendor Buyer for client to input requisitions, purchase orders and invoices directly into client’s operating system (i.e. SAP), as well as process EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) orders.

Customized Inventory

Designate A, B, and C items for inventory and fixed pricing. Maintain Lockwood International inventory at client’s specified locations (plants, sites, and locations for open consignment bins.

Logistics

Lockwood International has strategic warehouses near our customer sites. We can meet your delivery service requirements with fleets, sweeps, hot shots, etc.

Cost Control

Lockwood International can advise client on short and long term cost savings on both product and services, including ongoing review of buyouts for future stocking considerations to maintain and build client’s customized inventory.

Support Services

Dedicated Inside and Outside Sales Lockwood International Reps, including 24 x 7 x 365 On-Call Service, no exceptions.

Transparent Reporting

KPI (Key Performance Indicator) – Lockwood International can provide scheduled reporting to client to evaluate Sales, Orders, Buyouts, Modifications, Hot Shots, Payables and Returns. Other reports as requested (i.e. Hot Shot Report / Annual Sales).

Engineering Support Services

Technical and Application Assistance, Product Options (i.e.,manufacturer/specifications/cost comparisons, etc.) and Specification Review.

Online MTRs (Material Test Report) & In-House Documentation Department
